A recent photograph showing how to shoot pictures in low light. A tripod is essential to minimise camera shake. A long shutter speed of 2 seconds was needed to get a correct exposure as it was so dark. I used the rule of thirds to aid composition and also made the most of the various diagonal lines which are very strong compositional aids.
